Overview
Medium density housing projects typically contain dwellings in an attached format, either a common party wall, or at the very least attached garages.
For the purposes outlined here, this definition could also include a small or a number of small apartment -type buildings comprising only a small percentage of the overall site.
The housing types can vary in size, from small villa units to large family-size dwellings over several levels.
