In preparing these proposals, consideration is given to planning policies, site context, similar successful projects and developments appropriate for the relevant market, all based on our previous experience.

The studies vary for different sizes of sites, including small two-unit developments, multi-unit townhouse projects, residential subdivisions and townhousesapartment projects, and large scale site developments.
